Docerank provides an AI-powered listing optimization tool for Etsy sellers. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and app (the "Service") and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

Account information: When you register, we collect your email address and name.
Etsy shop data: With your explicit consent, we access your shop's listings, tags, titles, descriptions, prices, sales totals, and shop name, along with a token that keeps your shop connected.
Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics about how the dashboard is used, to improve the Service.
Payment data: If you purchase a plan, our payment processor handles your card details directly — we never see or store your full card number.

3. How we use your information

To provide listing audits, rewrites, and optional auto-optimization.
To display your shop's stats and listings in your dashboard.
To send service updates, password resets, and — only with your consent — promotional emails.
To improve the accuracy and usefulness of our suggestions.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:

Etsy, to read and update your listings as you request.
Our payment processor, to handle billing (they have their own privacy policy).
Service providers (such as hosting and email delivery) who are contractually bound to keep your data confidential and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

5. Data security

Sensitive data, including your Etsy access token, is encrypted at rest. All connections run over HTTPS. We review our security practices on an ongoing basis.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing doctererank@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, aside from aggregated statistics that no longer identify you.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or a notice on the Service.
