By using Docerank, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Docerank provides AI-powered listing audits, rewrites, optional auto-optimization, market positioning snapshots, and keyword research for Etsy shops. The Service is provided "as is"; we work to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. User Accounts

  • You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Etsy Connection and Data

  • By connecting your Etsy shop, you grant us permission to access and update your listings on your behalf, limited to the permissions you approve.
  • You remain responsible for your own compliance with Etsy's Terms of Use and any applicable laws governing your shop.
  • We do not sell your Etsy data to third parties.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor.
  • You may cancel anytime; we don't offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
  • We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any pricing change takes effect on your plan.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The software, design, and content of Docerank are owned by us and protected by copyright.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or reuse our code without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law
